He became famous after being a contestant and finalist in the Dance India Dance reality show. Her team was declared the winner in DID Little Masters 2. Raghav’s audition video went viral on YouTube. He was a contestant of Dance India Dance 3, which aired on Zee TV. He was not trained professionally by anyone before appearing on the show.
Raghav performed a new dance style but was not selected in the top 18 by the Grand Master at the mega auditions. Later, on public demand, Grand Master Mithun Chakraborty made an exception in the format by re-presenting him on the show as his trump card in the wild card round, through which he re-entered the competition.
After this Raghav made different dance forms and reached the finale. He was the season’s most popular contestant, securing the No. 1 spot in the weekly poll. At the Grand Finale, he was voted to the second runner-up position with 3,481,685 votes.
After DID, Raghav became the captain of Raghav’s Rockstar team in DID Little Masters (Season 2), where he choreographed for Soumya Rai and Rohan Parkdale. He was the only captain to lead both his students at the Grand Finale, with Rohan and Soumya finishing second and third runners-up respectively.
Raghav then choreographed as captain of DID Little Masters (Season 2) Team Yahoo for Zee TV’s show Dance’s Superkids and his team was declared the winner at the Grand Finale. Raghav debuted as an actor by playing an important role in the comedy film Sonali Cable, co-starring Riya Chakraborty and Ali Fazal, produced by Ramesh Sippy Entertainment, which was released on October 17, 2014. Raghav’s lively performance and his screen presence were praised.
The following year he starred in the dance film ABCD 2, released on 19 June 2015, directed by Remo D’Souza with Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor. Later, she also hosted the dance reality show Dance Plus, which aired on Star Plus. In the same year, she co-hosted Prem Ki Diwali with Karisma Tanna, which aired on Life OK.
