Bigg Boss 16: Demand for Sajid Khan’s removal from the show intensifies

Netizens are upset over the participation of ‘Me Too’ accused Sajid Khan as a contestant in Bigg Boss 16. They want the producers to remove ‘Sajid Khan’ from the show. They should not be given a platform to clear their image. Even celebs like Mandana, Karimi, Sona Mohapatra and Urfi Javed have spoken out against the filmmaker’s involvement.

Many people on the internet felt that Sajid was trying to act like an elderly and ‘fatherly’ person in the house. One user tweeted, “Please remove Sajid Khan from the show, don’t know why he is resolving fights, sorry sorry gale milo ke rahe rahe hai. Yeh baap banne kiyun aaye ho sabke?”

A netizen wrote, “Remove Sajid Khan as soon as possible! Yes everyone deserves a second chance in life, but not those who make rape and sexual predicaments on others! When you see such demons as a ‘second chance’ ‘ So please put your mother and sister in the place of the victims so talk about it!”

Many also felt that Sajid should not be allowed to ‘cleanse his image’ through the show. A user from Ruchi’s handle wrote, ‘No man has been able to clear his name through these shows.

One user suggested, “And the least we can do is not watch the show in the meantime. You can’t give a platform to a sexual predator accused by multiple women. It’s ridiculous.”

And in an interview, Mandana said “Life for people has become like, ‘If this is going to benefit me and I can make money, then who cares’?” Industry is a place where one is one’s mother, boyfriend, girlfriend or husband. It’s like, ‘You scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours’.” Mandana also revealed that she has no desire to work in Bollywood anymore. She added, “I didn’t go for any auditions. I don’t want to work in Bollywood. I don’t want to join an industry where women are not respected.”

An angry Urfi wrote, “Bigg Boss, why would you do this? When you support sexual predators, you are actually telling them that what they have done is okay. These men need to know that this Behavior is not okay. Stop working with sexual predators! It’s not controversial, it’s just shameful! Sajid Khan never apologized for what he did! Imagine how the girls he harassed feel Would you have been

Sona Mohapatra wrote in her recent Instagram post, “India is celebrating Navratri, Durga Puja and womanhood. Also Indian TV channels that give platform to sex offenders are completely disregarding the voice of women in the MeToo movement “
