Shariq Hasan who gets a boost from Bigg Boss Tamil 2, will now be going to be seen in ‘Jigiri Dosthu’ with Asuran fame-Ammu Abhirami, Madhumita, Pavitra Lakshmi and Anupama Kumar.
This film is shot in Chennai and in Mahabalipuram. Vignesh who won the best short filming making award says, “I love acting. And I always love acting and directing.I was making short films and eventually got an opportunity to work under director Shankar as an A.D in 2.0. Later, I wrote this script that revolved around three friends and also decided to act and produce the film”
Vignesh had approached Shariq just after exiting the Bigg Boss Tamil House.”Shariq, Ashiq, and Abhirami were very supportive throughout the Bigg Journey. They even agreed to adjust their remuneration as the film is sponsored by the beginners” he further added.
Vignesh also said that ” It’s being a long time in Tamil cinema that there had been no films related to friendship”
Jigri Dosthu will be having music by Ashwin Vinayagaamoorty and camera work by RV Saran.
